- Information you submit. When you use our contact form, deal submission form, or booking calendar, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and details about a transaction (such as a property address or contract dates).
- Technical information. Like all websites, the services that power this site receive your IP address, browser type, and device information when you load a page.

- To open, manage, and complete transaction coordination files you ask us to handle.

Third-party services on this site
This website uses the following outside services. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
- Tally (tally.so) powers our forms. Information you type into a form is sent to Tally and to us.
- Calendly (calendly.com) powers our call booking. Booking details are shared with Calendly and with us, and Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Google Fonts (fonts.google.com) supplies the typefaces on our pages. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Google Search Console provides us with aggregate information about how our site appears in Google Search. It does not place anything on your browser.
- LinkedIn and Facebook. We link to our business pages on these sites. If you follow those links, their policies apply.
